Customer Service eLearning courses aimed at people working in Dial a Ride

This course is for Dial-a-Ride drivers and imparts essential learning regarding disabilities, data protection and customer care. The course is split into two modules. The first module contains the learning and the second is a 30 question assessment to check knowledge. The course should take between 45-60 minutes to complete.
